Exploring personal problems can sometimes feel challenging or distressing, therefore it is important to feel comfortable in your surroundings, whether at home via telephone or video, or in my dedicated private practice rooom.  

Ideally meetings take place weekly on a regular day and time, which enables thoughtful dialogue to flow whilst providing good momentum for insight and change. 

The counselling room I use in Edinburgh is discreet and quiet. The location of my practice room is within the EH12 area.  There is free parking available nearby and it is serviced by regular LRT buses.
